It is almost universally agreed that reading has an important place in the world. However, studies contiunes to show that people are continuously reading less and less. Studies by Pew Research shows disparities in reading between those in school and age. Generally, people read significantly less when they graduate from high school or collage, and those of senior ages tend to stop reading all together. However, even young adults, teenagers and children are starting to read less despite being in the optimal conditions to read books. This, while not proven to have disasterous immediate effects, could potentially become a huge problem further down generations.
